Heidi Dickert utilizes 15 years of international consumer and B-to-B research expertise to help companies research, develop and launch new product offerings in a variety of innovative market arenas. Past clients range from traditional CPG companies to Mobile-based service companies.
Before launching Mobile Compass, Heidi Dickert specialized in building and maintaining healthy panels and sampling programs. In addition, Heidi leveraged new product development experience to create and launch several new products while at MarketTools including MarketTools Mobile, MarketTools Hispanic Reach, and MarketTools Health & Wellness.
Under Heidi’s direction as Vice President of New Products, MarketTools achieved Finalist recognition for the AMA EXPLOR Innovation Award and "Most Innovative Company" category in The 2006 American Business Awards.
Prior to joining MarketTools, Heidi led both new and established brand research groups and supported Latin American and US Hispanic product development for the flagship laundry brands at Clorox. In this role, Heidi gained extensive experience in conducting hundreds of concept tests, ad tests, product tests and multivariate analyses.
Earlier in her career, Heidi created and implemented market research programs in Europe and Africa for companies such as DHL Worldwide Express and SC Johnson. She taps into her knowledge of international markets to assess and strategically develop new products that meet the international needs of clients around the world.

Chris (Cri) Boratenski, Co-Founder / Mobile Advisor
Cri Boratenski uses his experience helping hundreds of companies understand and integrate with the complexities of the mobile ecosystem to greatly ease the process of developing a mobile product, choosing development and connectivity vendors, avoiding industry pitfalls and forecasting costs and time to market.
Before launching Mobile Compass, Cri Boratenski spent four years working with the Account Management division of mBlox Inc. One year after starting as a Senior Account Manager Cri was personally managing 60% of the revenue produced in the US. Recognizing the need to differentiate service offerings for clients who were new to the mobile ecosystem mBlox provided Cri with the opportunity to develop the Growth Accounts team aimed at getting new clients up to speed and driving revenue as quickly as possible. Under Cri’s direction a highly skilled team was constructed, new scalable tools and processes were developed and after one year the Growth Accounts Team was exceeding gross margin forecasts by 16%.
Prior to joining mBlox Cri was a founder and Director of Business Development for Yellow Dog Inc., a mobile advertising start up based in Reno Nevada. In this multifunctional role Cri developed new Addy Award winning marketing materials, assembled a sales team and succeeded in selling out all available advertising inventory.
